Warren Grove is a graduate research assistant to the assistant vice president of academic affairs and a first year student in the College Student Personnel graduate program at Western Illinois University.  He received his bachelor of business administration in human resources management and his bachelor of arts in advertising and public relations from Loyola University Chicago in 2011.

His interest in men's development stems from programming efforts and dialogues he designed at Loyola University Chicago to promote an open environment allowing first-year men living in Mertz Hall to challenge their perceptions of stereotypical masculinity.  For his efforts, he has been recognized as the Resident Assistant of the Month by the Great Lakes Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls (GLACURH) in October 2010 and by the Illinois Residence Hall Association (IRHA) in October 2010 and February 2011.
