Engineering Technology Degree Programs

The Department of Engineering Technology, housed in WIU's Knoblauch Hall, offers students a choice of three undergraduate programs, one graduate program, and four minors.

Bachelor of Science Degrees

• Engineering Technology Leadership

Minors

• Construction Technology - Emphasis on construction concepts, materials, and estimating
• Manufacturing Technology - Choice of one of three areas of emphasis: computer controlled manufacturing;electronic circuits and control systems; or computer aided drafting and design
• Graphic Communication - Focus on design concepts, desktop publishing, image manipulation and composition, and web and interactive design
• Industrial Technology - Electives in one area of specialization: drafting/design, graphic communication,construction, production, or electronics and process control
