Biography

Carolyn received her Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University, Macomb, IL. After teaching in the public school sector for 10 years, she received her Licensed Practical Nurse from Carl Sandburg College, Galesburg, IL; her Associate Degree in Nursing from Spoon River College, Macomb, IL; and received her Masters of Science in Nursing Administration from Bradley University, Peoria, IL. Her primary nursing specialty has been Medical Surgical nursing, Carolyn has been a nurse educator the past year teaching nursing courses in both PN and ADN curriculums. She’s a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi, and Midwest Nursing Research Society.
