Midwest Amtrak Service Restoration Plan
All corridor routes in the Chicago Hub to operate by Saturday

CHICAGO, IL -- Amtrak plans to restore more corridor services in the Chicago Hub Friday, Feb. 4, with complete restoration on Saturday, Feb. 5.

Another Amtrak Lincoln Service frequency on the Chicago-St. Louis corridor (Trains 303 & 304) will operate on Friday, along with the restoration of the first of the two round-trips on the Chicago-Macomb-Quincy route (Trains 382 & 383).

At this time, only the trains specifically mentioned below remain disrupted Friday, Feb. 4:

* Chicago-St. Louis Lincoln Service: Trains 300 & 301 only

* Chicago-Quincy Illinois Zephyr & Carl Sandburg: Trains 380 & 381 only

All round-trips on all Chicago Hub corridor routes are planned to operate Saturday, Feb. 5.

Portions of other Amtrak services to and from Chicago from the west are also disrupted. Those passengers with telephone information in their reservations are being notified by Amtrak contact centers regarding cancellations, truncations or extreme delays.
