Description: General Recursion Theory: Research the Church-Turing Thesis and generalized notions of algorithm and computation.
Set Theory: Present one of the uses of ordinals in point set topology; e.g. scales, Cantor derivative, Lusin and Seirpinsky constructions.
Logic: Present the method of ultraproducts and prove Los' theorem.
General Relativity: Understand Riemann curvature well enough to calculate and interpret the tensor for various two dimensional surfaces. Derive the Schwarzchild solution and explore some of its features.
