Dr. Brice Wins Tytus Fellowship from University of Cincinnati for Fall 2010

Dr. Lee L. Brice, Associate Professor of History at WIU, has been awarded a Margo Tytus Fellowship by the University of Cincinnati for the Fall 2010 semester. This three-month residential fellowship is one of the most prestigious U.S. residential fellowships in Dr. Brice's field of ancient studies.
The Tytus Fellowship attracts an array of scholars from around the world. Current Tytus Fellows hail from the University of Cambridge and the University of Kent (both in the U.K.), the Deutsches Archäologisches Institut and Tübingen University (both in Germany), Stanford University, Vanderbilt University, the University of Arizona, and Tasmania, Australia.
Dr. Brice will be on sabbatical from WIU during 2010-2011.
