I've been teaching the Composition courses since 1999 and Rhetorical Grammar, English 370, since about 2005.  I enjoy teaching all levels of writers that there are ways to make your writing work for you: learn how and when you work best; determine what part of your process needs the most attention; practice how to make the most of revision time; and perfect the presentation of all your billiant ideas in ways that make YOU stand out above your peers.
