Printer-Friendly Instructions

Room Inventory

Initial Setup
  • Turn on all the required electronic equipment.

Intermediate Setup

  • Sound: Computer is connected directly to speakers, volume can be adjusted using volume controls on the Computer. 

Computer:

  • Switch the input on the presenter to PC1 (green) using the 'CAM/PC1/PC2' button on the presenter

Presenter:

  • Switch the input on the presenter to CAM (blue)  using the  'CAM/PC1/PC2'  button on the presenter

Laptop:

  • Make sure laptop is connected to Presenter using the VGA cable.
  • Switch the input on the presenter to  PC2 (red)  using the  'CAM/PC1/PC2'  button on the presenter
Ending Session
  • Turn off all of the electronic equipment.
