• Retrieve the Z4-key from the lockbox with the Z1-key.
• Use the Z4-key to unlock the cabinet.
• Turn on all electronic equipment.
• When the presenter is on but not in use, its lamps need not be on.
• Use the presenter's lamp button to change the presenter's lamp settings as needed.
• Make sure the A Speakers are selected on the RCA Audio Device.

Intermediate Setup

Computer:

• Set the projector to computer input with the computer button on the projector remote.
• Set the presenter to EXT1 with the INT/EXT button on presenter.
• Set the audio device to AUX.
• Sound: Set RCA to AUX.
• For DVD playback:
  • Insert DVD into DVD ROM drive.
  • Use InterVideo WinDVD to run DVD.

• Set the visual presenter to no extension with INT/EXT button.
• Set the projector to computer input with the computer button on the projector remote.

• Set projector to video input with video button on projector remote.
• Sound: Recommend using audio device in cabinet, instead of projector, set audio device to "CD".

• Turn off all of the electronic equipment.
• Place the remotes inside the cabinet.
• Lock the cabinet with the Z4-key.
• Retrieve the Z1-key from the lockbox with the Z4-key.
