Initial Setup

 

  • Retrieve the Z4-key from the lockbox with the Z1-key.
  • Use the Z4-key to unlock the cabinet.
  • Turn on all electronic equipment.

 

Intermediate Setup


Computer:

  • Set the projector's input to computer with the projector remote's computer button.
  • Set the presenter to EXT1 with the INT/EXT button on the presenter, and also to XGA mode.
  • Set the audio device to AUX.
Presenter:
  • Set the projector's input to computer with the projector remote's computer button.
  • Set the presenter to no extension with the INT/EXT button on the presenter, and also to XGA mode.
VCR/DVD:
  • Set the projector to Video input with the projector remote's video button.
  • May need to switch between DVD and VCR using the DVD/VCR Remote.
  • Set the audio device to CD.

 
Ending Session
  • Turn off all of the electronic equipment.
  • Place the remotes inside the cabinet.
  • Lock the cabinet with the Z4-key.
  • Return the Z4-key to the lockbox.
