Room Inventory

• Turn on all electronic equipment
• The room has wall mounted speakers that are connected to the PC 
• The room has a SMART podium set up.

Intermediate Setup

Laptop:

• Set the projector to the correct input by using the Laptop button on the panel on the podium.
• The volume of the speakers can be controlled using the volume control on the laptop or the controls on the panel.

• Turn off all of the electronic equipment.
