Benchmark School List
In fall 2008, all campus governance groups on both Western Illinois University campuses (the Civil Service Employees Council, Council of Administrative Personnel, Faculty Senate, Student Government Association-Macomb and Quad Cities, and Quad Cities Faculty Council) endorsed and the Western Illinois University Board of Trustees approved use of the following benchmark institutions for general university comparisons, state reporting, strategic planning and accreditation benchmarking. All of the institutions are programmatically and empirically similar to Western Illinois University.
