The Support Center is staffed with trained full-time and student staff who will work with you via phone or email to answer your questions, or assign more complicated support needs, or hands-on support as needed, to the variety of technical support groups in University Technology. Our goal is to provide you with the maximum up-time for your technology to enable you to complete your education, instructional or administrative tasks.
