The Support Center is staffed with trained full-time and student staff who will work with you via phone or email to answer your questions, or assign more complicated support needs, or hands-on support as needed, to the variety of technical support groups in University Technology. Our goal is to provide you with the maximum up-time for your technology to enable you to complete your education, instructional or administrative tasks.
The Support Center is working to expand and improve its service to the WIU campus community; suggestions and comments may be emailed to: support@wiu.edu
