Desktop and Hardware Services
Desktop and Hardware Services performs the installation and maintenance of WIU owned Windows and Mac desktop computers, laptop computers, and printers. Support includes, but is not limited to, supported software installation and troubleshooting, network connections from your computer to the wall, consultation and assistance in computer-related purchases for the campus, and the support and setup of Windows Mobile and iTouch/iPhone devices.
