Title VI Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language
The Title VI Undergraduate International Studies and Foreign Language (UISFL) Grant Communities as Agents: Language and Area Studies for a Sustainable Future, will award eight grants of $3000 to faculty members or instructors who plan to significantly enhance a course by developing components that support improved regional and area studies in Ecuador and Puerto Rico. Those interested in learning more about the tools available for course enhancement and the rubric for evaluation are strongly encouraged to contact the directors of the grant.
The competition is open to support of any course, however special attention will be given to courses that integrate components related to public health, education, and business.
Questions should be directed to the directors of the grant, Gloria Delany-Barmann (firstname.lastname@example.org), Pedro Bidegaray (email@example.com), or Heather McIlvaine-Newsad (firstname.lastname@example.org).
