Four Year Plans and NACELink to Replace eRecruitingOne of the newest initiatives in the Career Development Center is to create a four-year comprehensive career plan for all students at Western Illinois University. To reach this goal, we have been collaborating with academic departments, First Year Experience programs, and student services to determine the best way of implementing this plan for students. To view the current four-year career plan for students, please visit our website. This summer, our office will be transitioning to a new online system for students, alumni, and employers. Instead of our current eRecruiting system, NACELink will be utilized for job postings, career fair updates, and other career related information. This change will take place over the summer, so you will still be able to use eRecruiting over the next few months. We will send an email to all registrants on the system explaining the transition and how to use NACELink at a later date. |
