WIU AND QC GRADUATE CENTER TO HOST LGBTQ+ INCLUSIVITY EVENT JUNE 7
Western Illinois University in collaboration with the Quad Cities Graduate Center will host a "How to Foster LGBTQ+ Inclusivity, Building Safe Spaces at Work and in Schools," event from noon-3 p.m. Friday, June 7 on the Quad Cities campus in Building C, room 2406.

Being Bilingual Rocks! is a celebration of love, acceptance and diversity. Everyone is invited to sing & dance.
An eclectic blend of original and traditional songs from Latin America, taking kids and families on a musical journey with a mix of bossanova, rumba-flamenco, contemporary Caribbean beats, bluegrass twang and humor.
*This event will be held rain or shine.
SAVE THE DATE FALL '24 UNIVERSITY ASSEMBLY
Save the date! Western Illinois University will start a new academic year with the annual University Assembly at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16 in the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Recital Hall. The assembly will be live-streamed on WIU's YouTube channel.
All faculty, staff, students and community members are encouraged to attend the event. During the event, WIU Interim President Krisit Mindrup will discuss strategic plans and priorities for the 2024-25 academic year and beyond and Provost Mark Mossman will also provide remarks.
